We are well established and experienced
Many years in outside catering has given us a wealth of experience not just in food but in the entire business of events and event sites. We are reactive to the changes on event sites and our equipment and staff allow us to respond with great resourcefulness.

A professional team working in a professional environment
We operate from a modern kitchen which has been purpose designed to support our event chefs. We are not trying to run a restaurant, pub, delicatessen or sandwich round from our kitchens. We focus on you, the event customer, and our core business of outside catering as we have done for over 30 years. We are happy for you to visit our kitchen by appointment.

We do what we say we are going to do
If you order Sirloin, you get Sirloin; not Topside hidden under gravy. If you would like the meal served quickly, it will be. If you require the canapés to run for an hour, they will. If you order a hot meal it will be hot, and so will the plates. Whether we are catering in Cheltenham, Tewkesbury or Evesham all the food is freshly cooked.

We start with good ingredients
Keep it simple and serve it well is the kitchen motto. We are constantly told that our food tastes delicious and that’s probably because we start with quality ingredients and don’t over complicate things.

We are happy to serve alcohol bought by you
We are not tied to a Shop, Hotel, Pub or Restaurant so we do not chase our clients to buy from our wine list. We are happy to advise on amounts you will need if you are planning to buy locally or in France, alternatively if you want to completely relax we will provide wines and a bar dependant on your guest numbers.

We keep prices sensible
As Gloucestershire's leading outside caterer, we are confident that our prices and quality reflect the high level of repeat trade that we have enjoyed of the past 30 years.

We don’t like hidden extras
We explain prices clearly and concisely. When you have chosen your final menu and drink service, we will confirm the price in writing. You will have no nasty shocks when you receive the bill. If you would like a tailor made quote for something in particular, we would quote specifically for that requirement and you would know the price before you ask us to cater for you.

Flexibility on a tight budget
There is no such thing as a free lunch, but if you are fund raising or on a tight budget we can usually write a simple menu to fit most events. You will still have a good event even with a simpler menu choice and if we can’t get within your budget we will let you know just how close we can get!
