Menus
The R&R Catering menus offer the majority of fund raisers and Social Clubs the opportunity to create an event with a sensible ticket price. We understand that these events are focused on helping the Charity or Club to raise money or cover their costs. If we can suggest menus that have helped other events achieve this in the past we will.
Charities - Keep It Simple
The key to fundraising is usually to keep it simple and appeal to the widest possible audience. It is better to have 300 guests attend an event and sell the raffle tickets (or an auction) to a larger crowd than to charge more for the ticket price and have 150 guests. With this in mind you will find one of our traditional menus may help sell more tickets. Remember whilst we would love to sell you the most expensive menu, the guests are really coming to support the charity and normally don’t expect Lobster & Bollinger
Experience
We have provided outside event catering for many Charity & Club Dinners over the years and have adapted our service to fit with our clients timings and the style of the evening. Speeches, Toasts, Announcements and Auctions can all be planned into dinner service for you.
Booking
We would recommend that if you are happy to book the Classic Catering Group or R&R Catering for your event that you do so as early as possible. We have many repeat bookings each year and do not over stretch ourselves, preferring to look after each event in detail.
